The season of love

My mom and I in Singapore for Olivia and Darryl's wedding.

:)

For Valentine's day J cooked a special meal salt-bae style and purchased  Dom Pérignon's 'Earth to Heart' 2006 vintage, a collaboration between Björk and Chris Cunningham. Check out the aurora on the label, so cool.

Our annual tradition continues, wearing our Chinese kua's for Helen and Brian's tea ceremony.

Mama's albino peacock in the backyard.

My first time at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception. Gorgeous and the most traditional ceremony I've ever been to..

A week later, Heidi and Eric's wedding at the Cotton Tree Drive Marriage Registry

Blueberry and soy milk smoothie.. So refreshing.

Excited for the long weekend.

Pink sunsets <3

We had a few hours to spare before the wedding so we rented this cool motorbike and rode it around town.

Sweetest couple~

Taken with the Mavic Pro, petty cool resort for our extended family :) No more weddings until June. hehe

A short getaway

An old post but better late than never :P

First time in Northern Thailand with J's cousins for Justin and Meghan's wedding.

Trying the Thai specialty khao soi which combines wheat-and-egg noodles and a rich, fragrant coconut-curry broth.

Temple visits~

The golden temple is so shiny and pretty.

Mmm spicy food, give me more please.

Found a cute spot for afternoon tea.

Tried butterfly pea flower tea for the first time. It goes from cobalt blue to violet when you pour in some lemon juice. Amazing and tastes good too :)

G5's just hanging out.

Chiang Mai night safari, my very first time.

eek more tickled than scared.

Eating some tasty Israli food at Sababa, thanks to Tal's help to order

Chicken schnitzel super golden and crispy.

Liver and onion..

Wedding at the mystical Dhara Dhevi Hotel.

Transformed at night..felt like we were dining in the heart of Angkor Wat.

Aw, so magical :)

Lol.. thats called hard core and a fun bunch of party goers. :P

Value of the moment

Gorgeous mountain views back in January. Snowed maybe 2-3 days but skied through it all to make up for my week long stay in the US. Each time I go back to Aspen, I see something mesmerizing that takes my breath away.

Totally had a skiing breakthrough this year. Went up to the top of Loge peak and skied all the way down Highlands smooth and soft like silk. Such an awesome feeling, yay! <3

Had alot of extra fun with our bunny and dino helmet accessories ;P

Snacking on Annie's chocolate bunny graham crackers, just small handful as we watched Kill Bill 1 & 2.

A pin for each traveler that passes through Aspen.

A typical breakfast before going out for a ski run :)

Until next time~

Stopped by SFO for two days to visit grandma who is doing incredibly well. Always has a big smile on her face and gives a warm embrace. Hope one day I can age gracefully like her. Check out the huge lemon's growing outside her house.

Spent half a day at the Ritz Half Moon Bay just walking around, taking photos and watching the sunset.

Picture perfect.. so serene and beautiful.

I just want to always remember these days, to be living simply, to treasure each and every moment that I have. Whether its at home or travelling to see the beauty of nature and our surroundings, let's not complicate things in life. Not everyone will understand but if you do your own part then consider your job done.
