Spending a long weekend in Singapore, with a simple objective: explore, eat and sleep-in. Here are some highlights.. =)
With the merlion
Love the green tea mille crepes from Lady M with the thinnest layers of cake and pastry cream.. Super envious of people living in Singapore and NY.
Chilled angel hair with caviar and truffle oil.. what a special treat at Gunthers <3
Blown away by the forest dome at Gardens by the Bay.
Drinks and dinner at Ku De Ta, overlooking the beautiful Singapore skyline.
One of the highlights - devoured this delicious laksa with a single spoon (no chopsticks), the light curry broth perfectly compliments the coconut milk and flavors of shrimp/seafood.
A light drizzle so off we go indoors to the Red Dot Design Museum.
Urban planning at it's best & Singapore's sustainable development is all about being efficient, green and clean.
Walking from Little India to Arab street was a lot farther than we thought..especially in the sweltering afternoon heat. Lots to see nonetheless :)
A time to reflect and count down to Christmas :)
